PROGRESSIVE ATHLETICS

Progressive Athletics has many programs available to help with your fitness and lifestyle goals. While Bootcamps and High Intensity classes are our specialty, we also offer Olympic Lifting, Strength Training, Kids Fitness, Senior Fit classes, and Sports-specfic training classes. We ulitilize Rogue, TRX, Aire-Dyne, Versa-Climber, BOSU, and RockTape equipment in our facility, and our gym is outfitted with high quality flooring and turf for optimum perfomance and safety.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp work outs are a great way to challenge your body and mind in a friendly, non-competititve format. Our programming integrates strength training, circuit training, metabolic conditioning, and mobility into a one hour calorie-burning session. The Boot Camp's format changes every 21 days to maxamize exercise performance and minimize adaptability. By utilizing dynamic movements, interval training, and resistance training priniciples, students are able to work at their own pace and fitness level. The classes incorporate medicine balls, battle ropes, free weights, bands, rowers, BOSU, and body weight movements (pull ups, squats, push ups, etc).
Many students have been taking the Boot Camp classes for over 10 years! Students range in age from 10 years old to over 70 years old. The Boot Camp workouts have given our students the confidence to try more advanced classes, like Olympic Lifting and TRX workouts!
Our Boot Camp Classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Now that Summer is over and school is back in session, we will be offering more classes in the coming weeks.
Olympic Lifting
For those that are interested in Olympic Lifting, consider taking a class that helps with the basic foundation of lifts like the "Clean and Jerk" and the "Snatch". This class teaches the fundamentals of compound movements, proper form and set up, and progression exercises. Students will learn how to execute movements like the "Squat", the "Deadlift", and "Overhead Presses". Our facility has Barbells and Bumper Plates, lifting racks, and lifting platforms to help new students progress from beginner to intermediate and even advance. Progressive Athletics regularly brings in "guest" instructors to help students with the finer techniques of Olympic Lifts.

Personal & Small Group Training
For those clients interested in a more taylored and personal regimine, Progressive Athletics offers Personal Training for small groups of 1-4 students. If you enjoy working out by yourself or with a couple of friends, Personal or Small Group Training may be an option for you. Our Trainers will work specifically with your fitness goals, your schedule, and your abilities to tailor a structured routine to optimize desired results. Weekly and monthly assessments are performed to measure the progress of your strength, flexibility, and body composition. Potential clients with physical limitiations, abilities, or chronic pain are encouraged to contact us.
